We’re bringing back one of our most popular tasting events! Created by co-owner Joey C., this event was inspired by his magical wine moment years ago: pairing a bottle of Barbera with a burger off the grill topped with Grafton 4-Star White Cheddar. The earthy notes of the wine perfectly complemented the beef, and its bright acidity cut through the richness of the meat & cheese. 

Featuring premium Pat LaFrieda beef from Cárnico Tools & Provisions, this is an experience you won’t want to miss.

Every year, Joey C. nurtures around 70 tomato plants from seed, creating a local buzz when his annual harvest is ready. Join us for a celebration of his delicious tomatoes, featured in a variety of dishes, paired with a curated selection of rosé wines from around the world. Celebrate Christmas Eve with Joey C.’s take on the traditional Italian-American “Feast of the Seven Fishes.” 

The Feast stems from the Catholic practice of abstaining from meat on Christmas Eve as an act of penance and preparation for the holy day. Seafood became the centerpiece of the meal, reflecting the abundance of coastal Italy’s ingredients. The number seven often symbolizes biblical perfection and completion (e.g., the seven days of creation), though some families serve more or fewer dishes. 

The Feast is about much more than food—it’s a celebration of community, tradition, and gratitude. Families gather around the table for hours, enjoying each dish while sharing stories and creating memories. This event is a heartfelt nod to the Italian-American holiday table—a perfect way to celebrate the season with friends and loved ones.
